Ingunn Dybendal•Botanical
Trysilkaffe
Trysilkaffe by Ingunn Dybendal crams a green mug with an impossible bouquet, folk flowers in red, purple and teal above a diamond-check cloth. Every bloom is a different invention, daisies, rosettes and seed heads drawn petal by petal in coloured pencil, and even the mug carries its own tulip motif. It is pattern on pattern on pattern, cheerfully too much in the best Nordic folk tradition, and it wakes up any wall it hangs on.
